I recently stayed at the New Frontier Hotel for a short business trip and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The upgraded room I stayed in was clean and modern, with great water pressure in the shower. I also enjoyed having access to Netflix in the room. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. a positive experience.

We paid for an upgrade upon arrival at the New Frontier, and we were glad we did. The standard rooms were not in great shape, with a smoky smell and signs of age. However, the staff at the front desk were accommodating and helpful. The renovated room we stayed in was much better, with great water pressure in the shower and access to Netflix. The friendly staff made our stay more enjoyable.
